About This Page
This page explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Even though we are based in Australia, we respect GDPR rules for all our users. We also follow the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Data Controller
The data controller for your personal data is:
- Company: luckynexio.com
- Address: 156 Glenmore Road, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia
- Email: support@luckynexio.com
Your Rights in Detail
1. Right of Access
You can ask us for a copy of all the personal data we hold about you. We will provide this in a clear and readable format. We will respond within 30 days of your request.
2. Right to Correction
If any of your data is wrong or out of date, you can ask us to fix it. Tell us what needs to change and we will update our records. We will confirm the correction within 30 days.
3. Right to Deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data. This is also called the "right to be forgotten." We will remove your data unless we have a legal reason to keep it (such as tax records). We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
4. Right to Restriction
You can ask us to limit how we use your data. For example, if you think your data is wrong, you can ask us to stop using it until we check. We will tell you before we lift any restriction.
5. Right to Data Portability
You can ask for your data in a standard, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON). You can then give this data to another service if you wish. This right applies to data you gave us with your consent.
6. Right to Object
You can object to us processing your data for certain reasons. This includes direct marketing. If you object to marketing, we will stop right away. For other types of processing, we will review your request and respond within 30 days.
How to Use Your Rights
To use any of these rights, send an email to support@luckynexio.com with the subject line "GDPR Request." Tell us:
- Your full name and email address (so we can find your data).
- Which right you want to use.
- Any extra details that help us act on your request.
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act. This is to protect your data from being accessed by someone else.
How to Withdraw Consent
If you gave us consent to process your data (for example, for marketing emails), you can take it back at any time. Here is how:
- Marketing emails: Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Cookies: Clear your browser cookies and reload the site. The cookie banner will appear again so you can choose new settings.
- All consent: Email support@luckynexio.com and ask us to remove all your consents.
Taking back consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
How to Manage Cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Our cookie banner: When you first visit, choose which cookies to allow. To change later, clear your cookies and the banner will show again.
- Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Check your browser's help section for steps.
- Opt-out tools: Some analytics services offer opt-out browser add-ons.
Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of our site from working.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to a data protection authority. In Australia, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. In the EU, contact your local data protection authority.
